A Suncor Energy business, Petro Canada is "Canada's Gas Station" with a network of more than 1,500 retail and wholesale outlets across Canada, and a specialty lubricants business. Simsak Corporation is operated as Petro Canada and has 18 locations.

We are looking for enthusiastic & passionate individuals with lots of personality, character, charm, and interest in retail business to fill the position of a Retail Store Supervisor (NOC 6211) at our Gas station in Keswick.

Job Requirements:

• Completion of secondary education.
• 7 Months to less than one year of experience is required.
• Excellent oral communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work flexible shift either Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend
• Attention to detail in all areas of work.
• Wiling to relocate

Job responsibilities:

• Managing the customer service functions, including cash, cashiers, and merchandising.
• Supervise, schedule and co-ordinate activities of cashiers
• Hire and train new cashiers, provide training to staff
• Managing gas station and retail store operations
• Coordinate with Petro Canada supply unit for inventory of Gas and Diesel
• Resolve problems related customer complaints and provide exceptional customer service
• Prepare reports on sales volume
• Organize and maintain inventories, order inventory of convenience and groceries and expediting orders and verify receipt
• Authorize payments by cheque and authorized return of merchandise
• Ensuring availability of merchandise and services by maintaining inventories
• Ensure cashier/ merchandising staff comply with all guidelines
• Protecting employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment

Compensation: $24.50 per hour and free parking

Start Date: As soon as possible

Work Hours: Minimum 35 to 40 hours per week
