Vos responsabilités

Vos responsabilités
Relevant du superviseur qualité, le ou la technicien(ne) en contrôle qualité effectue les inspections des aires de production, des équipements, des matières premières, des produits en cours et des produits finis suivant les méthodes et procédures en place. Il s’assure que les programmes PASA/HACCP et SQF en place sont appliquées conformément aux exigences règlementaires applicables ainsi qu’au standard de qualité édicté par l’entreprise en plus d’appliquer les mesures correctives et préventives requises selon le cas. Régler, ajuster et superviser les machines selon les procédures établies :
Vérifier l’assainissement des équipements avant production et surveiller les points de contrôle critiques (CCP).
Mesurer les paramètres de contrôle (humidité, gaz, poids) et effectuer les prélèvements d'échantillons selon les protocoles.
Détecter les écarts, émettre des demandes d'actions correctives, fixer les délais de résolution et assurer le suivi rigoureux des dossiers.
Veiller au respect des bonnes pratiques d'hygiène et former les nouveaux employés sur le terrain.
Suggérer des solutions pour prévenir la récurrence des problèmes et participer à l’élaboration des indicateurs de performance.
Profil recherché
DEC en technique de transformation des aliments, diététique, dans un domaine connexe ou formation connexe.
1 à 2 ans d’expérience dans l'industrie alimentaire.
Excellente connaissance des normes HACCP (PASA), de l'ACIA et du programme SQF.
Autonomie, leadership, rigueur et capacité à résoudre des problèmes dans un environnement rapide.
Maîtrise du français (oral/écrit) ou connaissance de l'anglais.

Advise customers on work performed and future repair requirements

Skills Requirements
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Work Experience:
Completion of a four-year automotive service technician apprenticeship program or a combination of over four years of work experience and industry courses in automotive technology is required to be eligible for trade certification.
Trade certification for automotive service technicians is compulsory in Alberta
