Overview

Languages: English (oral and written)

Education: College or other courses in home support or health related areas

Experience: Minimum 2 years and 6 months of related work experience

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing and other aspects of personal hygiene;
• Provide care and companionship during period of ongoing treatment;
• Plan and prepare meals, including special diets, and assist in feeding clients;
• Organize groceries;
• Perform routine housekeeping duties such as laundry, dishwashing, and bed-making to maintain a clean and safe environment;
• May assist with routine health-related tasks;
• Support clients in maintaining independence while ensuring safety and comfort.
