Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: 1 to less than 7 months

Additional Skills: Train staff; Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies; Organize and maintain inventory

Specific Skills: Prepare special orders; Inspect kitchen and food service areas; Frost and decorate cakes and baked goods; Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards; Draw up production schedules; Operate machinery

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Attention to detail; Ability to distinguish between colours; Tight deadlines 

Personal Suitability: Dependability; Reliability
