Child Care Provider (Private Home) – Full-Time Opportunity in Pierrefonds, QC

Job Type: Term or Contract | Full-Time
Start Date: As soon as possible
Schedule: Day, Evening, and Morning shifts
Salary: $19.00 per hour | 30–40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and care for children in the employer’s home
  • Bathe, dress, and feed infants and young children
  • Provide emotional support and ensure the children’s well-being
  • Plan fun, age-appropriate activities and outings
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized home environment
  • Perform light housekeeping, including laundry and ironing
  • Follow the parents’ instructions on discipline and routines
  • Take full responsibility for the household in the parents' absence

Qualifications

  • Language: English or French
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of related child care experience
  • Must be able to work on-site; remote work is not an option
