• Bachelor's degree, Level 1, 2, 3 (NCCP) National Coaching Certification or Equivalent

Experience

5 years or more

Role Responsibilities:

Plan/implement Gymnasts annual training plan; coach athletes to the technical standards set by provincial/national Rhythmic Gymnastics; plan/choreograph/practice routines; attend competitions/shows as required; work with head coaches to improve overall and ongoing work quality and delivery; work with ex athletes in a coaching mentorship program to encourage/prepare young Canadians as future employable coaches.
