Position: Food Counter Attendant

Hourly Wage: $15.75 to $18.00 hourly (To be negotiated)

Schedule: Irregular work schedule - work hours may vary depending on the operational needs of the company each week

Term: 24 months

Language: English or French

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: 0 TO 6 MONTHS WE ARE READY TO GIVE TRAINING

Job Description:

Clear and clean tables, trays and chairs

Replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas

Package take-out food

Portion and wrap foods

Prepare, heat and finish simple food items

Serve customers at counters or buffet tables

Take customers' orders

Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors

Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation

Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food

Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards

Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
