We are currently recruiting for the position of part-time Reception Clerk. In this position you will provide general receptionist support services including responding to telephone inquiries; walk in inquiries;recording, securing and accounting for all monies received in accordance with Service policies and procedures.
Prerequisite:
Successful completion of pre-employment testing.
Keyboarding skills.
Proofreading ability.
Demonstrated interpersonal skills.
Effective communication skills.
Principal Tasks:
Receive and redirect telephone calls.
Takes messages and direct to appropriate personnel.
Greet, assist and/or redirect members of the general public at the front counter.
Receive, record, secure and account for monies received in accordance with Service policies and procedures.
Accept applications for police record checks.
Perform additional duties as required.
The hourly rate for this position is $24.78 plus % in lieu of benefits.
