Develop concepts from initial idea to final product
Draw, design, cut patterns and construct samples or finished products
Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics and layouts
Present design effects by using traditional tools, or multimedia software and image processing, to keep highly consistency with clients’ objectives
Identify target markets for designs, looking at factors such as color or pattern trends, customer group, and socioeconomic status
Estimate cost and time to complete graphic design
Provide customized design to customers for clothing, accessories or souvenirs
Examine sample products on and off models, then modify designs to achieve desired effects
Adapt other designers’ ideas for the mass market
Work with printing partners to ensure quality production of printed elements including reproduction quality, color accuracy, etc.
Plan coverage of upcoming events and assign work accordingly
Prepare photograph and illustrating for meeting clients’ communication needs
Meet print and graphic deadlines and budget requirements
